How Do We Take Our Coffee?

Around the Kimbrough Law office, everyone has their own way of getting the day started, and for many of us, that includes a favorite cup of coffee.

In honor of National Coffee Day, we decided to ask our team a very important question:

What’s your go-to coffee order?

Are we a team of keep-it-simple black coffee drinkers? Latte lovers? Sweet-and-fancy coffee fans? Or are there a few people among us who would happily skip the coffee altogether?

We asked our staff to share the drink they reach for when they need a little morning motivation, an afternoon pick-me-up, or simply something good to sip while tackling the day.

Here’s what everyone is ordering!

Robin Lacrimosa, Life Care Coordinator

Answer is always YES!  I like iced in the summer hot when it’s not, and with a little flavored creamer. But honestly, whatever coffee you bring me I’ll happily drink it.

My go-to coffee order year-round is an oat milk cappuccino, or an iced latte if it’s too hot outside for a hot drink! In the fall, I love to treat myself to a dirty chai latte.

I LOVE my coffee in the morning. On work days, only one cup, but on the weekends sometimes I do two. I used to be a drive-thru coffee girly and loved the super sweet espresso drinks. But I have gotten spoiled since I met my husband, and now….. I can’t drink it from a store, and I don’t even like it when I make it. He makes it for me every single day and has it ready for me when I come downstairs in the morning. It’s great until he is out of town for work or something, and on those days, I honestly just do without. It may be a small gesture, but it is definitely one of my favorites.

My favorite coffee is the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino from Starbucks. I don’t get it very often but when I’m in the mood for treating myself, it is my go-to!
